RETAIL SHOPPING MALLS - Bella Terra Huntington Beach

Bella Terra a 800,000-sq-ft entertainment retail village including a 20 screen Century Theatres complex, 71 shops and restaurants and a 1,540 space parking structure that Courage coordinated the safety programs for seven different General Contractors and the developer J.H. Snyder.

Scott Environmental Health & Safety Services worked along side Courage Safety Systems on the environmental compliance issues including Storm Water Pollution Prevention (SWPPPS) and Fugitive Dust concerns since construcion was taking place around a shopping mall that was still open for business throughout.

20 screen, 80,000-sq-ft Century Theatres complex and adjacent

open air restaurants taking advantage of Californias mild year round climate.

Construction during and after. The Tuscan village inspired Bella Terra (the name means "beautiful earth" in Italian - SWPPPS compliance insured that much of it was retained onsite and not discharged into the nearby Pacific Ocean.
